Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of parts and supplies, ensuring prompt delivery and alignment with customer needs.
- Evaluate and refine our supply chain processes to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and rectify inventory inconsistencies.
- Perform regular audits to maintain accurate and current inventory records.
- Formulate and execute effective inventory management strategies to avert stock shortages and excesses.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure competitive rates.
- Source and acquire both OEM and non-OEM parts and supplies.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain precise records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Supervise and organize the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement demand forecasting strategies to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
