Job Description
  • As a Clinical Director, you will oversee the delivery of therapy services in our facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a clinical caseload.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Oversight: Conduct reviews of therapy programs and services to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Directly manage and supervise clinical therapy staff, including hiring, performance appraisals, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
  • Program Development: Develop strategies to expand therapy programs, including building caseloads and implementing special initiatives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee scheduling of patients and therapists to ensure adequate coverage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in required discipline (Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy and/or Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assisting).
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a PT/OT/SLP and/or PTA/COTA, or license eligible.
  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or a related healthcare field.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff.
