About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sleep Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a personalized sleep experience for our customers, helping them find the perfect mattress and sleep solutions to improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their sleep needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert knowledge on our products and services, including mattress selection, sleep tips, and after-sales support.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve individual KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
  • Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process and after purchase, resolving any issues and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible advice.
