We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Helper to join our team in Bloomfield, NJ. As a key member of our construction team, you will assist our project managers in ensuring timely and efficient completion of kitchen remodeling projects. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

• Assist project managers in preparing job sites for remodeling projects
• Help install doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays in cabinets
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with project managers and team members to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our company's high standards

• 1-2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of power tools and equipment

• Prior experience in cabinet refacing, cutting moldings, or kitchen remodeling
• Knowledge of tiling and flooring installation

$18.00 per hour
