About the Job:
Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Minnesota.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced or newly graduated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team for a contract assignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing referred patients and providing direct patient care to evaluate their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions. They will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of a physician.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
Requirements:
- Must have graduated from an accredited school.
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
