Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance industrial processes and drive improvements.
  • Organize and address the training needs of teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance and disciplinary management, daily time-keeping, recognition, and engagement.
  • Cultivate a safety-first attitude among all employees, promoting a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Assume responsibility for the achievement of group performance goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but equivalent experience and skills can be substituted.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour, Monday - Thursday 4:30PM - 3AM. Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
