Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a long-term recruitment strategy to achieve the institution's enrollment goals, through data analysis and market research.
  • Campus Visit Programming: Design and deliver immersive campus visit experiences that showcase the institution's academic programs, campus culture, and community engagement opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of admission professionals to ensure effective recruitment efforts and provide exceptional customer service to prospective students and families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Higher Education, Enrollment Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale events and creating impactful visitor experiences.
Estimated Annual Compensation

$95,000 - $130,000, based on experience.
