  • Follow the written plan of care, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and agency policies and procedures.
  • Perform incidental household services essential to the patient's health care at home.
  • Complete clinical notes for each visit within required timeframes.
Requirements
  • CNA License.
  • Successful completion of a competency evaluation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
