We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to children and families with a wide range of mental health concerns and emotional issues.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for clients referred by behavioral health care or primary care providers.
- Develop individual service plans based on assessment data and provide therapeutic interventions as necessary, including medication management services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, including service plans, progress notes, and medication informed consent.
- Collaborate with other prescribers, therapists, and community providers to ensure effective delivery of clinic services.
- Master's or doctoral degree in Nursing.
- Licensed in the state of Maryland with specialty in psychiatric care.
- At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience working in an environment where psychiatric care is provided.
- Previous experience working in an Electronic Medical/Clinical Record.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
