Job Title: Registered Nurse, RN

Job Summary:

Kindred Hospital Chicago Northlake is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse, RN to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors, and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition for patients.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • BCLS certification is required; ACLS preferred.
  • Minimum six months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical/surgical setting, preferably in an acute care environment.
