• Assist tellers in processing routine financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and following bank procedures.
• Provide customer service assistance, including greeting customers and answering general inquiries.
• Support administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Participate in learning opportunities, including shadowing bank employees and participating in small project teams.

• Must be a current high school student in good academic standing.
• Interest in business, finance, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle confidential information with care.
• Proficient with basic computer skills (MS Office suite, email, etc.).

This position typically works in a professional office setting, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods, use computer equipment, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
