Key Responsibilities:



  • Haul dry van trailers in an OTR running area, adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods to customers, meeting or exceeding our service standards.
  • Operate a 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliner or Kenworth, taking pride in maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
  • Collaborate with our dispatch team to plan and execute routes, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

Requirements:



  • 3 months of OTR CDL-A tractor-trailer experience, with a proven track record of safe driving and excellent customer service.
  • Must be 21 years old and possess a valid CDL-A license.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean driving record and background.

What We Offer:



  • A competitive weekly salary of $1585-$1860+, with opportunities for additional mileage bonuses.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, starting at 30 days of employment.
  • A 100% no-touch freight policy, ensuring a safe and efficient driving experience.
  • A 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliner or Kenworth, assigned to you for your use.
  • Home every other weekend for a full 48 hours, allowing for rest and relaxation.
