Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring that all rooms are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Cart Preparation: Prepare housekeeping carts with all necessary supplies, including cleaning products, linens, and guest amenities.
  • Trash and Linen Removal: Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms and replace with fresh supplies.
  • Deep Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms, including tasks such as changing air filters, cleaning air conditioning coils, and touching up paint or furniture as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Effective Communication: You must be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: You must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
