Parkland Medical Center is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and a positive work environment. Our critical care float pool team is responsible for staffing various units within our hospital, including ICU, Emergency Department, Intermediate Care, and Medical/Surgical Units.
Key Responsibilities- Providing safe medication administration for the adult patient population.
- Assessing and coordinating patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Functions as an effective team member and/or charge RN when needed, orients and mentors new staff members.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in critical care nursing, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
