Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett Colby Campus. As a Cath Lab Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures, including coronary angioplasty, stent placement, and thrombectomy
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including catheters and imaging devices
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist or related field
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 36-40 hour contract. The schedule includes day shifts with occasional on-call requirements. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
