Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Medical Surgical Nurse position in the Marietta, GA area.
Salary$60,000 to $100,000 per year
Job DescriptionAs a Medical Surgical Nurse at Incredible Health, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians. Additionally, you will collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and facilitate discharge planning.
Patient Care Responsibilities:- Provide individualized nursing care to patients with diverse medical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
To be successful as a Medical Surgical Nurse at Incredible Health, you will need:
Qualifications:- An Associate's Degree (ADN) or higher in Nursing.
- An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a medical-surgical or similar setting.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
