As an eStore In-Store Shopper, your responsibilities will include selecting, sorting, and unloading products to fulfill eCommerce orders.

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Select merchandise from the sales floor to fulfill online orders.
• Sort and unload selected items into appropriate storage areas.
• Utilize digital tools to select necessary items, pack orders, and retrieve items for Customers.
• Make decisions on behalf of Customers when requested items are unavailable.
• Provide exceptional customer service; address product inquiries, locate items, and assist in-store Customers as needed.
• Return extra or unwanted items to their designated locations.
• Maintain continuous communication with department Managers and Partners to locate products.
• Minimize shrinkage through careful product handling.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet productivity standards.
• Perform eStore Curbie duties as required.

Sanitation / Stocking / Food Safety:

• Comply with all regulations and standards for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation.
• Collect baskets and dispose of trash within and outside the eStore as necessary.
• Maintain and stock bag areas.
• Organize carts and ensure cleanliness throughout the eStore.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Background Requirements:

• Minimum age of 16.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 3+ months of experience in a related role.
• Experience in personal shopping is a plus.
• Completion of all required training upon hire.

Essential Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to make effective decisions with limited information.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail.
• Engage with Customers and remain attentive to their needs.
• Work in diverse conditions, including exposure to varying temperatures.
• Frequent walking, reaching, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Utilize a manual pallet jack multiple times daily.
