Role Requirements
This position requires the individual to be located in either the UK, Germany, Romania, Spain, or the East Coast USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, development, and management of comprehensive M&A projects. This includes coordinating the due diligence process, assisting with financial modeling and valuation, and leading efforts for post-acquisition integration and separation. The role also involves enhancing capacity and budget planning prior to transaction closure and standardizing our implementation approach.
  • Manage projects from the definition of requirements through to deployment, including the identification of schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and project implementation plans, while also addressing risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate both internal and external resources effectively.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders to ensure feasibility.
  • Create detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adjust scope, timelines, and costs.
  • Measure project performance utilizing appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and changes. Report and escalate issues to management as required.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • When necessary, perform project tasks on behalf of other team members.
  • Over time, build and nurture a project team to ensure optimal performance, providing direction and motivation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in M&A is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with all levels of management across various functions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Attention to deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire team members.
  • Team-oriented with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Composed under pressure and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
