About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bring the Café experience to life by engaging with customers and the community in a meaningful way
  • Proactively assist customers with their financial journeys, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Partner with local businesses and organizations to plan events and promote financial literacy
  • Volunteer in the community and advocate for financial education
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
