As a pastry specialist, your responsibilities will include welcoming patrons, addressing inquiries, maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment, ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked, and executing various tasks as required.

To excel in this position, you should be efficient, personable, committed to food quality and customer satisfaction, decisive, observant, and possess a solid grasp of baking methods.

Pastry Specialist Job Responsibilities:

•Interpret and follow Crumbl recipes accurately

•Measure and blend ingredients utilizing mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other tools to create cookies

•Adorn and showcase the finished products

•Evaluate ingredients and final products to guarantee compliance with food safety and quality standards

•Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, offer suggestions, process orders and payments, and deliver outstanding customer service

•Maintain records related to deliveries, inventory, and production metrics

•Collect client information and ensure timely and accurate deliveries

•Sanitize and restock the workstation, ensuring all equipment is clean and ready for the next shift

Requirements

• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail, particularly during quality assessments of ingredients and products
• Basic mathematical and computer proficiency
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members to resolve issues, organize schedules, fulfill orders, and produce exceptional baked goods
