Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Director to join our team at IntelliPro Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management, with a proven track record of optimizing production planning, materials management, and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive production planning strategies to ensure efficient capacity utilization and flawless execution of customer orders
* Manage production demands in alignment with corporate objectives, ensuring optimal production efficiency and cost control
* Design and implement a robust materials supply framework to guarantee uninterrupted production flow
* Proactively manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to safeguard against material shortages and optimize inventory levels

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing management role, with a proven track record in a related industry
* Extensive knowledge of end-to-end production planning processes
* Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt)
* Experience in the new energy or automotive battery sectors
