Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately recording patient's medical history and vital signs
  • Counseling patients on health-related issues
  • Maintaining clinical supplies and pharmaceuticals
  • Coordinating referrals and consultations to other medical services
  • Phlebotomy for outpatient clinic
  • Triage phone calls and addresses patient portal messages
  • Obtaining prior authorization for medications and diagnostic testing
