Position Overview:

As a Scientific Developer, you will engage with cutting-edge technologies in cloud computing and advanced molecular dynamics simulations. Your contributions will focus on elucidating the mechanistic aspects of passive membrane permeability for drug-like compounds, potentially influencing drug discovery processes globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop state-of-the-art software tools tailored for drug discovery applications.
  • Conduct 3D molecular modeling, including both ligand-based and structure-based design methodologies.
  • Generate bioactive conformers and model molecular properties and interactions in three dimensions.
  • Optimize molecular structures in situ and compute free energy values.
  • Assist clients in addressing their drug discovery challenges through innovative solutions.
