We are seeking a highly skilled Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our Sports Medicine team at Memorial Hermann Health System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing direct patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify treatment needs and develop personalized plans of care.
- Implement advanced physical therapy treatments, including pelvic floor rehabilitation, to help patients achieve optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement clinical programs and services.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university-based program.
- Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas or eligibility for licensure.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Experience in pelvic floor physical therapy and sports medicine preferred.
