Job Title: Stocker

Job Summary:

As a Stocker at Lowe's, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stores are fully stocked and visually appealing. This includes receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, floors, and stockrooms
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Working Conditions:

Stockers work in a well-lit, well-ventilated area with occasional exposure to refrigerated storage areas. They may be subject to damp/humid conditions and seasonal outdoor weather.

Physical Requirements:

Stockers must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. They must also be able to walk and/or stand up to a significant degree, and perform other physical tasks as required.
