Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join our team in New York City. The successful candidate will provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site administrative and technical management for construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards
  • Interface with administrative field staff, field management staff and Project Manager in a coordinated effort
Qualifications
  • BA/BS and 10 years of relevant experience as an MEP Superintendent with specific experience in healthcare/lifesciences
  • 10 years of construction experience in the field of MEP construction
  • Superintendent experience in the field of healthcare/lifesciences construction
  • Experience working with NYC building codes, etc.
