Compensation Package
This position comes with a competitive salary range of $100,000-$135,000 per year, offering a stable financial foundation for your career growth.

Key Responsibilities
As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and multi-state returns. You will also provide mentorship and training to junior staff members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Additionally, you will deliver exceptional client service, fostering strong relationships and promoting business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification with at least 4 years of public accounting experience. Proficiency in ProSystems Engagement and Axcess is preferred, and a Master's degree in Taxation or willingness to pursue one is a plus. Strong tax research and Excel skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
