Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patients' responses and adjusting plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.
- Valid Florida Registered Nurse License, ACLS, and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- One year of nursing experience, preferably in a telemetry or critical care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, nursing care methods, and health and safety guidelines.
