Job Description

As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. This includes:

  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere: Greet guests with a smile and make them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Empowering adoption: Demonstrate the capabilities and features of our digital services and solutions, driving guest loyalty and adoption.
  • Scanning and bagging efficiently: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area.
  • Maintaining a compliance culture: Ensure that all safety policies and best practices are followed, supporting cash office processes as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Guest Service Ambassador, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, using positive language and attentive listening.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in operating handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift, with varying shift lengths.
