Soliant is seeking dedicated and passionate Special Education Paraprofessionals to join our team near Carthage, NC for the 2024-2025 school year.

• Assist special education teachers in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support students in developing academic and social skills
• Monitor and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state-issued paraprofessional certification or at least 48 hours of credit toward a college degree
• Experience with students who have behavioral challenges preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, passion, and a genuine interest in working with children
