Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description: As a Dishware Specialist at DBMC Restaurants dba. Cody's Original Roadhouse, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishwashing area. This includes setting up and breaking down the dish machine, checking its operation, and reporting any defects. You will also be responsible for washing and storing all dishes, presoaking pots, pans, and silverware according to company procedures, and ensuring sanitary practices during dishwashing. Additionally, you will remove trash from the dish room, clean and sanitize garbage cans, keep liners in cans at all times, mop floors, and work as a team with all personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively, be organized, and possess good time management skills. You should also be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length, lift, carry, and bend up to 50 pounds, and be subject to wet floors, extreme temperatures, and loud noise. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
