Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) center in Dublin, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a strong commitment to helping individuals achieve their communication and swallowing goals.

About the Role:

This is a 13-week contract assignment with a highly competitive pay rate of $120-$150 per hour, depending on experience. Our Speech Language Pathologist will work 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care to address speech, language, and swallowing deficits
  • Provide skilled speech therapy services, including individual and group sessions, as well as consultations with interdisciplinary teams
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress notes and discharge summaries

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current CPR certification
