Key Responsibilities- Assist in the creation of branded sample kits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Pull, pack, and ship requested kits in a timely manner.
- Order inventory for sample kits, maintaining a well-stocked supply.
- Perform administrative tasks related to branded samples, including reporting and communication with sales representatives and customers.
- Other duties as assigned by the marketing team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 100% of work is performed in a sample room/warehouse setting.
- Noise level is moderate.
- Frequent standing, sitting, and walking required.
- Occasional lifting or moving of up to 20 pounds.
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus required.
