**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Substance Abuse Program Coordinator to join our team at Align Recovery Centers, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct program implementation activities under the supervision of the Clinical Director in a detox and residential treatment environment.

**Responsibilities:

  • Conduct participant screenings and assessments
  • Facilitate trauma-informed, culturally affirming individual and group level counseling sessions with a strong focus on addiction
  • Develop and implement outreach, recruitment, and linkage referrals to community-wide stakeholders

**Requirements:

  • CADC or CADC-CAS related licensure is a must
  • 2+ years of experience in substance use counseling
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Knowledge of substance use, mental health, and related issues
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in high-pressure environments

**Benefits:
