It is important to note that Jet's Pizza locations, with the exception of those owned by the company in specific states, are independently operated by franchisees. This means that the franchisor, Jet's America, Inc., does not engage in the daily operations of franchisee locations, nor does it control hiring, firing, wages, hours, or employment conditions. Franchisees are independent business owners responsible for compliance with all relevant laws, including employment regulations.
