Your Responsibilities:

Handle a substantial volume of incoming work orders and email correspondence promptly and efficiently.

  • Assess customer inquiries and identify appropriate resolutions.
  • Coordinate with vendor partners for work orders, ensuring timely arrivals.
  • Oversee assigned service requests from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to processing and KPI standards.
  • Identify potential vendor partners to cultivate strategic partnerships.
  • Input essential data into the system to monitor and follow up on customer requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of service requests.
  • Respond to phone and email communications promptly, managing high traffic effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, team members, and vendor partners through various channels, ensuring organized and well-documented interactions.
  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving goals set by management.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to resolve issues.
  • Prioritize tasks with overlapping deadlines efficiently.
  • Work independently and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in a constantly evolving and demanding atmosphere.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

· Prior experience in Facilities Maintenance or Construction is advantageous.

· Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or two years of relevant industry experience preferred.

· Successful completion of background checks and drug testing is required.
