Part-time Associate (Cashier)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment? We're seeking a Part-time Associate (Cashier) to join our Store Operations Team at Smart & Final Extra in Coachella, California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a store section as assigned, ensuring shelves are fully stocked with fresh food and merchandise.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Clean and maintain sanitation standards in all interior and exterior areas of the store.
  • Assist customers with loading purchases and provide information on store products and services.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and write English, interact with the general public, and co-workers.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
