Job Summary:

  • The Lease Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and integrity of the real estate portfolio data, consisting of medical and office space leased and owned by LifeBridge Health and its subsidiaries.

This role will maintain and administer leased and owned property files and records, including abstracting documents; maintaining the real property database; tracking critical dates and lease documentation; and assisting in the creation, review, execution and distribution of lease documentation. The portfolio contains approximately 165 properties and 430 leases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update internal lease tracking spreadsheet.
  • Prepare preliminary drafts of leases, amendments, terminations and other documents.
  • Review and accurately abstract lease documents, amendments, and license agreements into the lease management system.
  • Point-person for lease-related questions and lease management system inquiries.
  • Lease Tracking and Reporting.

Requirements:

  • Five years related experience in commercial real estate lease administration, preferably with office and retail leasing.
  • Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
