As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities in the Middletown, PA area, providing high-quality care to residents and making a meaningful difference in their lives. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs and documenting medical histories

Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a similar role
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
