Salesforce Administrator

This role involves working with a team of IT professionals and business champions to ensure the effective and efficient use of Salesforce tools and capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuring and optimizing Salesforce systems
- Maintaining records and collaborating with stakeholders to meet organization requirements
- Ensuring optimal performance and best practices for Salesforce systems and applications
- Participating in the design, documentation, and implementation of specific initiatives to improve data hygiene and security
- Improving issue resolution by active assessment and triaging of issues
- Evaluating and resolving issues for business users managing customer expectations and providing a superior level of customer service
Requirements
- 2-3 years Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce architecture experience
- Salesforce admin certification preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience working in an Agile environment using SCRUM methodology
- Experience working on Lightning page layouts
- Experience with Salesforce field types
- Experience with Salesforce permissions and licensing structure
Additional Information
This role requires a highly motivated self-starter who can maintain poise under pressure. The ideal candidate will be available for on-call rotation after normal business hours and on weekends to monitor and triage issues submitted after hours.
