Job Title: Delivery Driver

Domino's Pizza LLC is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other items to residential and commercial locations on assigned routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pizzas and other items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inspect vehicle before deliveries to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
  • Communicate clearly and positively with management and team members.
  • Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat customers, delivering professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with store and dispatcher to prioritize efficient routing.
  • Handle currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately.
  • Follow procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
  • Build loyal customers through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation.
  • Resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Take initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete.
  • Assemble and fold boxes. Affix labels and promotional materials as needed.
  • Assist with prep work.
  • Read order slips or receive verbal instructions to prepare order according to specifications, often making several different orders simultaneously.
  • Clean, stock, and restock work stations and display cases.
  • Adhere to all quality standards, principles, guidelines, and policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Company Wide Responsibilities:
  • Promote company policies and advocate for Domino's Pizza LLC.
  • Assure proper attendance and actions.
  • Provide and receive positive feedback and/or constructive criticism.
  • Maintain good communication with coworkers.
  • Serve as a resource for coworkers.
  • Cross-train, learn how role interacts with other departments.
  • Work with manager and management to solve problems, providing suggestions as needed.
  • Maintain clean and organized work area, taking ownership of surroundings.
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality in information.
Compensation:

Wage + Daily Tips + Daily Reimbursement + Data Reimbursement + $1 per every delivery.

Average wage: $8 + $3 Tip x 3 Deliveries in 1 hour = $17. $17 per delivery x 3 deliveries = $20/hour + Mileage & Data Reimbursement. (Mileage Rate will change based on current rates)

Qualifications:
  • Be no less than eighteen (18) years of age with two (2) years driving experience.
  • Possess a valid state driving license.
  • Have use of a properly maintained, licensed, and street-legal vehicle capable of driving upwards of one hundred (100) miles per day.
  • Maintain minimal or higher insurance coverage as mandated by state law.
  • Ability to pass applicable Company Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and background checks.
  • Possess a cell phone to use for calling customers.
  • Be capable of reading a map, locating addresses, and interpreting Global Positioning System (GPS) directions within designated delivery area.
  • Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management and customers, take and process orders.
  • Superb ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change.
