Role Summary:
This position involves providing technical and managerial leadership on significant tasks or technology assignments, ensuring that project objectives are met through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with exceptional qualifications and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks, enabling various service models such as PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
- Implement automation for cloud resources utilizing DevSecOps best practices.
- Analyze applications to recommend migration strategies to cloud environments.
- Develop strategies for failure recovery, cost optimization, and benefit analysis of cloud services.
- Design and implement cloud applications, manage policies for cloud service usage, and ensure a secure cloud environment.

Technical Leadership:
- Serve as a member of an Agile Team, maintaining a cloud-based data architecture that centralizes administrative data holdings.
- Develop alerts and analytics to proactively identify and visualize potential insider risks.
- Support leadership in enhancing technical agility and capability through cloud computing technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 12-15 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10-13 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills and a DOD Top Secret Clearance are required.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD tools and deploying Docker containers in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with AWS services and managing cloud infrastructure operations.
- Knowledge of big data technologies and data science models for analyzing large datasets.
