Dishwasher Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom, including washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, and utensils, as well as restocking and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and utensils to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Restock and maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Assist with unloading and storing deliveries, and help to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Support other kitchen staff members by assisting with tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimal work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.
  • Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
