Job Summary:

Restaurant Depot is seeking a skilled Warehouse Stocker - Freezer to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking products on shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides prompt, courteous, and friendly customer service to internal and external customers

• Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves, as well as opens boxes and removes single items to re-stock shelves

• Organizes and front-faces items on shelves to ensure a visually appealing store environment

• Performs regular inspections to meet HACCP regulations and ensure a safe working environment

• Assists in reviewing inventory for product rotation daily to prevent shrinkage and damages

• Ensures shelf pricing is accurate and reflects the most recent pricing

• Maintains the cleanliness of the warehouse by following a regular maintenance schedule of scrubbing and pulling out pallets and cleaning underneath

• Continuously reviews the status of department floors for safety hazards and promptly addresses any issues

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to cold/freezing temperatures

• Physical demands include walking/standing on concrete up to 10 hours/day, frequently turning, standing, reaching, stooping, and/or bending, frequently pushing/pulling objects 500 to 1,500 lbs, and frequently lifting/carrying objects more than 60 lbs

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with colleagues and supervisors
