Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage a model classroom environment
  • Educate parents on the advantages of authentic Montessori methodologies
  • Employ high-quality educational materials to enrich the learning atmosphere
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training sessions

Qualifications:

  • Desire to pursue Montessori certification for the 0-3 age range
  • 12 credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience working with infants
  • Capability to assist children in fostering independence
  • Team-oriented approach and eagerness to learn from peers
  • Genuine passion for nurturing children and collaborating with families
