Job Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include delivering academic ground instruction and simulator training to customers for visual and instrument flight. You'll work closely with customers and employees to develop flight/ground training courseware, ensuring compliance with all applicable Aviation Authority requirements. This role requires extensive travel, working with diverse customers and teams to provide high-quality training and support. You'll need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to meet department objectives. In addition, you should have the ability to exercise judgment and discretion while working under pressure of deadlines and priority changes.

Requirements
To succeed in this challenging role, you must have at least 5 years of Helicopter Aviation experience, a Commercial Rotorcraft license, CFI/CFII (AGI for ground instructors), and at least 1000 hours total time in helicopters. Your qualifications should include exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, ATP - Rotorcraft, NVG, and bilingual or multilingual abilities.
