About the Opportunity

Cohen & Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Professional Intern to join our team for the summer of 2026. As a Tax Professional Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tax compliance, return preparation, research, and planning duties.

Responsibilities
  • Perform tax compliance and return preparation duties
  • Conduct research and analysis to support tax planning and compliance
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
  • Successful completion of introductory and intermediate accounting courses
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Pursuing required credit hours to sit for the CPA Exam
