We are seeking a skilled Paralegal Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our legal team, you will assist attorneys in preparing for federal immigration proceedings and state court criminal cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation
  • Draft legal documents, including affidavits, motions, and briefs
  • Perform legal research and maintain case files
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and other staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in immigration law
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal research and use of legal databases
