Job Summary:

The Spa Attendant is a key member of our team at JC Resorts, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. As a Spa Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that their needs are met throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and accommodate guest needs, including providing amenities and services
  • Maintain the day-to-day cleaning of the Spa, including removing trash, soiled linen, and recyclables
  • Restock bathrooms, locker rooms, showers, locker facilities, dispensaries, and public areas of the spa
  • Answer in-house phone and escort guests to treatment providers as necessary
  • Change or book spa appointments per guest request, if feasible

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • English fluency required
  • Must have CPR certification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate and at least 1 year experience working in a service-related industry
  • Prior hotel and housekeeping experience preferred
