Manufacturing Specialist

At Polyvinyl Films Inc., we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating turning machines to produce high-quality plastic materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate layer counts and stamp cores legibly
• Manually lift rolls from spindles, weigh, and stack finished rolls
• Ensure empty gaylords are available for change when full gaylords are ready
• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping tasks
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Good hand and eye coordination and adherence to safety standards

Working Conditions:

• Factory environment, indoors, climate controlled, ventilated
• Exposure to loud noises, dust, and vibration
• Potential exposure to manufacturing chemicals and machinery
